Is a deposit required?
Usually the confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit, in this particular period we evaluate case by case.
If I can't come, is it possible to cancel the reservation?
It’s possible to cancel the reservation, in any case contact us for the details.
Is it possible to book half-board or full board?
Nordik Hotel provides bed and breakfast and half board treatment.
Is parking included?
At guests' disposal there is an outdoor parking with limited availability and in direct proximity there are free and pay public parkings.
In winter we provide a pass included in the accommodation cost for an indoor parking at the departure of the cable car at about 800 m from the Nordik Hotel.
A heated garage is available for a fee on request.
Is the spa free?
Yes it is but, unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 limitations, the wellness area of the Hotel is closed.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the structure.
Did you take special precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
Yes. We placed disinfectant gel in all common areas, at the entrance a thermoscanner measures the temperature and checks if people wear masks. Our staff follows all the safety protocols indicated by the local authorities. We use chemical products against the Coronavirus, we sanitize the accommodations between stays with a special OZONE treatment and wash linen and tablecloths as indicated by the law. The common areas are sanitized every day with OZONE treatment too.
Do you have a ski rental agreement?
Yes, we have an agreement for skis and winter equipment rental with Compagnoni Ski Service, a shop in Santa Caterina Valfurva located next to the Paradiso chairlift.
